A listing or ranking is not an endorsement. Review data reflects other customers' public opinions, not our verification of work quality. Always verify a contractor's current license, bond, and insurance at lni.wa.gov and get written quotes before work begins. Your hiring decisions and their outcomes are between you and the contractor.
Listing data comes from public sources and is refreshed on a schedule; it can lag reality (businesses close, ratings change, licenses lapse). We correct errors when flagged —tell us.
Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent the rankings, or use the data to spam the listed businesses. Contractors: review manipulation targeting our data sources violates Google's and our terms and gets a listing removed.
