Wetside Plumbing ranks plumbers, electricians, and heating & cooling contractors across Western Washington using public data: Google review scores weighted by volume, and Washington L&I license records. We publish the exact formula. We are not a contractor, we don't broker jobs, and we don't sell leads — when you call a company from our lists, you call them directly.
No paid placements. No "featured partners". No lead forms that auction your phone number. No listing unlicensed contractors, however good their reviews. These aren't policies we might revisit — they're the product. A directory is only useful while its rankings can't be bought.
Today: it doesn't have to — running this costs little more than care. If that changes, monetization will be clearly-labeled and rank-neutral (think: labeled promoted slots outside the rankings, never inside them), and this page will say so before it happens.
